1. Do you sell to the public?
No, we only sell to parts distributors, transmission shops,
and automotive repair shops.
2. What kind of pricing do you have?
Jobber and Wholesale Distributor. Ask a sales representative
about becoming a distributor.
3. What are your hours?
We are open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (pacific). We can
ship parts up until 5 p.m.
4. Where are you located?
1 block North of Columbia Blvd., between N.E. 17th and
N.E. 21st Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
5. Do you take Visa, MasterCard and American Express?
Yes.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on parts orders over $1500
7. How do you ship your parts?
We primarily use U.P.S. to ship parts. Larger orders are
shipped with LTL carriers such as BAX Global, Oak Harbor
or Conway.
8. When can I expect to see my parts? Where do you ship to?
That depends on the service level
you have chosen with your sales person. We prefer to ship
anything East of the Rockies using U.P.S.'s "3rd Day Select" service,
to insure a timely arrival. We ship to anywhere in the
world U.P.S. or DHL delivers to.
9. What is your guarantee? Warranty?
We guarantee all the parts we sell to be free from defect,
work correctly, and function for 12 months or 12,000
miles. We don't reimburse for gears that have been broken
due to misuse, racing, or no fluid in the transmission
or transfer case.
10. How long have you been in business?
Since 1985.
11. Do you offer open accounts?
Yes, if we find that your company meets our criteria.
12. What is the C.O.D. fee on U.P.S. packages? Do you pay that or do I?
$8.50 on each package shipped. The
customer is responsible for all U.P.S. charges. We currently
aren’t charging
the UPS fuel surcharge.
13. How many employees do you have?
Sixty.
14. Who do I call if I have a problem?
Please call the sales person that sold you the parts. Have
the invoice handy.
15. How do I order parts from you?
Have the year, make, model, engine size, tooth counts,
lengths and casting numbers ready for the sales person
and give us a call!
16. Do you have any spanish-speaking sales people?
Yes, Ehuriel at extension 109.
17. What do you sell exactly?
Standard (stick) transmission parts and rebuilt units,
transfer case parts and rebuilt units, and LuK clutches.
18. Do you have any used parts?
Yes. Please tell your sales person that you want used parts
and they will be happy to look for you!
